Bavarian heritage | Spatial.io | May 2024Commissioned by the Responsive Fashion Institute, I designed an immersive environment inspired by traditional Bavarian jewellery and cultural heritage. The space showcased digital fashion pieces inspired by traditional Bavarian outfits, displayed at Munich Creative Business Week and MEET Digital Culture Center in Milan.
Design Approach
The environment design used Bavarian jewellery elements to inspire walls and user flow, keeping the space subtle so the digital fashion pieces could take center stage. Built in Blender and deployed to Spatial.io via Unity, the space needed to hold 25 people for lectures while balancing clothing display, capacity, and user navigation. Users accessed it across tablet, phone, desktop, or VR headsets.
